How far can you go with AMD64 X2 5200 with stcok HSF?

My old 4800+ (2.5 GHz stock) hit 3.0 GHz on stock cooling and I could get to maybe 3.1 GHz with an aftermarket cooler... however, I ended up running it at 3.0 anyway because I preferred sticking to a lower voltage. The X2s basically hit a wall just above 3 GHz. The best you'll see from any of them would be around 3.2 GHz.
 
I have my 5200 under water and I run at 3.1GHz 24/7. Highest OC I can get for 3Dmark runs is about 3.2. Goes to 3.0GHz really easy. 3.0 -> 3.1 is a lot more work.
 
I've currently got a 5000BE sitting at 3.0Ghz on the stock cooler, 3.1Ghz and the temps get higher than my liking due to a voltage bump.
