How far can OCZ PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum go?

Im about to return my POS hyper-x that can't do stock, and in its place Ive decided to get 2x256MB PC3200 Dual Channel Kit EL-DDR Platinum Edition with money left over. My max stable is 3.2ghz so its either run 267mhz 1:1 or 214mhz 5:4 will the OCZ do 214?

If not I might get 512 of OCZ 3500. I was also thinking about getting 1gb of generic or waiting untill adata is available in Canada. Is an extra 512 worth running slower? what should I get? Also I'm going off to university in couple of days.
 
I've decided wait awhile untill prices drop. There artificialy inflated for back to school.
Im going to stick out for month with my 256 of pc2100 which runs at pc2700.
