How far can I push my ram?

I currentl have Gskill DDR2 667 ram. I am wondering how can I safely push the ram up to so I can overclock my e6400 further than just 2.66ghz

well, i have crappy pqi ddr2 667 with a stock vdimm of 2.00 volts. i turn that up to 2.2v and i can run stable at 800mhz. but now i run it at 730mhz with tighter timings... my e6400 was at 3.2ghz and ram was at 800mhz. i double stick taped a old cpu fan to the top of my dimms. its real quiet and keeps em cool.
