How far can i push geforce ddr

hello i have a geforece ddr (creative annihilator pro) came out about a year ago i think.

anyways.. i ask here 1st because i dont want to cause harm to it and i want to get the best settings that other users here may have found.

the core clock frequency is 120MHz and memory clock frequency is 301MHz

I used to run mine at 145 / 345 so start a tad lower and see what happens. Try using the 6.31's w/ coolbits.
 
How do you get the bus menu I tryed doing that on my Asus6800V but I didn't find it under the option it looked like it was switched off or something
 
i dled 6.31 detonators and put 145/345 and everything seems to be running fine.. how do i know if the geforce is running 2 hot though?
