My question is how much can i overclock my cpu (in sig) with no agp/pci locks? And what happens if i go to high, what parts are affected? Any help is appreciative, I really would like to go 200mhz more to the 3400+ speeds which is 2.4 ghz instead of 2.2, is this unreachable?

I don't think there is a definitive answer to this. Mostly it is as high as you can until you see unstablities. In your sig I see quality parts that look like they could handle running outside the 33Mhz (PCI) 66Mhz (AGP). Only going up 200Mhz wont throw you too far out of whack. Good luck.

You should be able to get 220mhz fsb. I've gotton a couple to do that with no problems. After that, it would be very iffy.

I have the same issue and i think my processor is 2.0ghz stock...and i'm at like 2.3 now. So 200-220 shouldn't be a problem. If you do go too far, your HD's may corrupt. My SATA's always get corrupt when i go past 2.3. It's weird. I thought I remembered getting above 2.3 when I was just using my IDE(like 2.4 ghz). 2.4 ghz should be an easy shot.

From my experiences, 37mhz on the pci bus is usually tollerated by most devices, so with that in mind and assuming a /6 divider, you should be good to:

37mhz x 6 = 222

As a side note, I've read that some of the ATI AGP don't like a bus higher than 72mhz, so that may restrict you.

My roomate has a athlon xp2000 (about 1.6ghz if I remember right), and his motherboard has no agp/pci locks. He was able to get his cpu to 2.0 ghz (2400 speeds) stable. He went all the way from a 266 fsb to almost a 333 fsb.
