How far can I go on my Visiontek GF3 Ti200? O/Cing!

Okay, I have the original cooling stuff on there, and right now I'm running her at 475/210. Is that any good? I'm getting about 6050 on 3dMark2001. Anyone have any idea how high I can go b4 i start getting problems? BTW! what is the default for GF3, and ti500?
 
first of all. if your card is doing fine with all the games at default, leave it as that.
O/C that much still wouldn't be great to your card's life span.
I'll save it some juice, and wait until a year or two later,
when there is actual need for O/C, then i will crank that baby up to full optimal power.
