How easy would it be to make a sack full of memory foam?

There's a store in the mall that sells what is essentially just a big bag of memory foam that you sit on like a bean bag chair. These things are quite comfy, but there's no way I'm paying $400 for an amorphous sack of foam.

The outer cover probably isn't a problem to make (sewing machine). Does anyone know how to acquire large quantities of memory foam, and how much might it cost?

that's just leftover foam that were cut out from mattresses and pillows too. stuff that would've been trash but someone got the great idea of turning it into a $400 chair.

You can get a really really big sack of memory foam at places like Hobby Lobby. Costs about $150 a roll, I think.

Look for dog beds with memory foam. Don't remember the price I paid on ebay, but it should be fairly cheap.
