How easy is it to go between countries in Europe?

I'm taking a trip in about 3 weeks over there, and plan to hit up about 6-7 countries. I haven't really thought about anything like getting a Visa, or checking on immunizations or anything of the sort.

Should I be worried about this stuff?
 
whatever you do don't go to that city, that those guys did in the movie called (Hostile) other then that yes thats ill i used passport and money
