newegg's policy is that it does not pay for customer shipment back to newegg for defective items. However, I've read several members in this forum have gotten their shipment payment refunded. How do i go about doing this?
Usually for them to pay shipping back it has to be because of an error on their part like them shipping you the wrong part. If something is defective, you change your mind, whatever, you pay the shipping.
