Do you need Vista Business in order for it to work on a network?

How well does Vista work with XP on a network?
 
We have Vista Home and XP Pro both installed in our teaching lab on a 10 system network - all dual boot. We usually use one or the other, but I have seen times (due to student boot error) when we had both on. No apparent -problems. At home, my LAN has 2 Vista (Ultimate) machines and 1 XP Pro - perfect harmony.
 
Same here, two Vista Ultimates and one Xp Pro machine on my home network and they all share together just fine.
Just be sure theyre all on the same workgroup and you're good to go.
