Generally speaking, anything intensely-flavored and tangy, can be successfully paired with something creamy and mild.

Sprinkle jalapeno-flavored chip fragments on cottage cheese, or mac & cheese, for a new flavor sensation.

Mix honey mustard (which already follows said principle) with Ranch dressing for a creamy tangy dip.

As for catsup, I'd try pairing it with Ranch - I'm not into mayonnaise.
