It only makes a difference if you can see the entire page at once. Without it, the table ends about 1 inch short of the end of the window (in 1600x1200). With the "height=100%" the table now extends all the way to the end of the window.

It's not a big deal. I was just curious if it was a design choice you made.

It's probably me being anal retentive.
