I did it on an NH-D14 with 2 TY-143 2500RPM 140mm fans on an open air testbench.

Hwbot has higher overclocks, but they're all at 1.5v or higher.

It's hard to say without info on stability test, but those clocks are impressive for the voltage!

Not sure about temps because I didnt monitor them,, but the CPU will shut down at 80C (Set in bios) So it never got very hot at all running 3dmark.
