How does this computer look?

Later today I plan on ordering my new computer from newegg.com. I'm wondering what you guys think of this computer. Do i need to make any last minute changes? I already have a mouse, keyboard, monitor and speakers. Also, I'll be using my current (crappy) graphics card until I can afford a new 6600 or 6800. Heres what I haved planned :

Case: ANTEC Black Performance Series II SOHO File Server Tower ATX Case with 400W Power supply - $86
Mobo: DFI "LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb" - $99
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ $150
RAM: Corsair Value Select (Dual Pack) 184 Pin 512MBx2 DDR PC-3200 - $157
Hardrive: Western Digital Special Edition 120GB 7200RPM - $82.95
DVD ROM: SONY Black 16X DVD-ROM Drive - $22.99
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition - $91

Total (w/o shipping) : $688.94

Wait until the S939 (NF4) boards are out. The Winchesters are a shade faster, and you can upgrade them further. Also, budget in the cost of the video card-a 6600 (non-GT) is only 140, yet performs about as well as the 200$ 9800pro. You can get a 3000+ for 140$ at Monarch Computer. The Sempron line (100$ for a 3100+) makes slighly more sense for a budget box, and you can get one for 100$. (if you go this route, though, you may as well get the VNF3-250, at 70$).
Also, consider getting 2x Value Select 512mb sticks (140$) and save 16$.
