$146.00 - AMD 64 3000+ Winchester (Newegg)
$98.00 - Chaintech VNF4/Ultra 939 (ChiefValue)
$91.99 - Corasair ValueRam pc3200 1GB (ChiefValue)
$272.89 - Ati X800XL (CompUSA)
$36.99 - Thermaltake 420W PurePower PSU (Newegg)
$105.00 - Thermaltake Tsunami ATX Case (ChiefValue)

TOTAL : $750.87

I'm looking to build myself a new computer and this is what I've found to be the best value(aside from the case which I chose for the looks :p). I'll be using some parts from my current computer like my dvd drive and burner, sound card, etc. I'm planning on overclocking the 3000+ to about 2.2Ghz. Is everything here good or is there something I should change? Any better deals?

Looks good, although I would get a better, more expensive PSU from Antec, OCZ, Fortron, PCP&C, etc.

If you're going to overclock, I'd get a better powersupply than what you're planning.

EDIT: what he said ^ ;)

Are you going to be running a lot of stuff in the case too? (Lots of fans, multiple hard drives, multiple optical drives, etc.?)
