How does this budget e4300 setup look?

Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz
Kingston 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667
w/ Antec case, Seagate SATA HD, BFG 7600gt

Assuming I set my memory dividers correctly (maybe someone can help me with that), should I be relatively assured this setup can reach 3gz (9x333)?

All you need is the 1:1 memory divider. Your RAM is specced to run at that speed (333 mhz FSB @ 1:1 = DDR2-666/667)
