How does the KDS k-262 compare to the DS-265W (what used to be DS-263n)?

I am finally ready to ditch CRT and jump into the world of LCD screens. I currently own a pair of NEC 22" FP2141sb and they are showing their age. I am in market for a screen atleast 22" big and so far i really like the 262 because its 26" and $400 and everyone who has one loves em from what i can tell. However, i know the DS-265 are coming out replacing the 263. Has anyone seen a 263 and a 262? What makes it worth $300 more?
