How does the 7600GS compare to an X800XL?

Just curious how much improvement if any would be had by moving to a 7600GS from my X800XL. Can't seem to a find a comparison that makes it easy to determine this. Thanks.

That would be a downgrade, actually, because the 7600gs is slower. Even if OC'd to 7600gt speeds it would only be marginally faster. You'd need at least a 7800gt or 7900gt, or something like a x1800xt to see a noticeable improvement in performance.
