When folks are quoted in threads, I often see the name of the person the quote is attributed to.
For example:

When ever I do it, it leaves out the "Originally posted by: So n So" part.
For example
Blah blah...

So, how do you make it attribute the quote?

Are you hitting the "quote" or the "reply" (and then pasting the quote in) button?

I tired copying the quote, THEN hitting reply.
I tired hitting reply, THEN copying the quote.
Neither worked.

See the "Quote" button next to the "reply" button?

Have you tried that instead of copying the quote?

The problem with this feature is it is abused by so many. It is an absolute destraction to scroll through 15 peoples "quotes" to get to one sentence in reply mode. Get rid of this feature and waste of bandwidth and HDD space.:|

Tripleshot - I definitely agree with you. I've developed my own system to address other posters in a thread, so I've never felt the need for this new quote system... like most things, it would be great if it wasn't abused.
