How does one RMA a MSI MB?

Does anyone know what the procedure is to RMA a MSI MB?

On their web site, they only have RMA forms for resellers. They say end users must contact the reseller they got the board from.

My problem is I got the board from the AMD Extreme Performance giveaway. Who do I contact to get the board replaced? (a inductor fell off the bottom of the board, now the thing won't power up).

Thanks

I'm betting you're out of luck. The RMA policy is why I don't use MSI. It's just ridiculous on their part when other companies like Asus will take an RMA (once authorized) from end users.

Yeah...I had an MSI K7T PRO for 14 months...then it decided to not boot anymore. Never OC'd it, never did anything much more than run solitaire and Tetris on it. Two months after warranty expires it craps out. I don't even expect and RMA, just a cheap repair...I'm sure it's something simple, some cheap part they used. 14 months isn't what I'd expect from a motherboard. I use MSI no longer.
