How does one overclock a locked Radeon 9500 Pro?

You could use a program like powerstrip (my personal choice). Might want to move this to the video forum or do a search on it here and there. You should get a ton of hits.

ATITool is a good non-permanent overclocking tool.

I myself use RADEdit and flash my BIOS with higher clock speeds.

I think you need to reflash the video card bios.

I have a 9700np and couldn't overclock till i reflashed mine.
