How does one go about choosing a car?

I've always had a ride from my parents or my friends, and when I didn't have those I had a bus that came every 20mins to my apartment complex.

I hate riding the bus because a) it only comes by once an hour where I moved to, and b) I feel stupid just standing out on a major road waiting on a bus while cars full of college students are zooming by. I usually don't post something derogatory, but 1) mentioning you don't drive and 2) posting a sig that flames those that do....

It's not about your parents forcing you to drive...do your parents force you to go out and have sex, drink, have fun?!? It's called growing up and being your own person.

I don't know how to answer the car choice, but it shouldn't be based on you being a DD or what your friends want.

I also don't blame other's questioning how you go from bus to a 35k (or under) car overnight basically. That kind of thing is usually reserved for graduates with a hot job offer, or traders with a nice IPO coming in.

Good Luck, personally first I'd narrow it down to a truck or car and then a 2 or 4 door....your choices are all over the map.

The first truck that was purchased for me was ~$33K, I should of been driving it the whole time but I haven't. I don't see a book anywhere stating that nice cars are reserved for graduates w/ hot jobs. Maybe it's the people I hang out with but none of them bought their own cars. He]], some have gone through 3 or 4.

I'm leaning more towards a car because frankly I feel trucks are too big.

btw DigitalXtreme- Yes, Daddy Big Bucks will be paying for my insurance, along with my younger borther's(Jeep Liberty @ 17), and my youngest brother's(WRX STi @ 15). ...Daddy Big Bucks...

Hey dipsh!t, I have already stated that my father is paying for the car, just like he paid for my first one(now his) and my brothers'.
The S4 not the S6(wagon) and I still don't see how going from riding the bus to a nice car is a big deal, didn't you do it in HS?

It's one thing to mention in passing (several weeks ago, mind you) you wanted to get an expensive car that is unreasonable for a teenager to own. It's an entirely different matter to constantly post threads begging for attention about how much money your dad has and wants to buy you a car and [whine-on] why can't everybody stop hating people born into money [/whine-off]. You're damn lucky your dad is so generous. However, you obviously don't know the value of a dollar and can't comprehend why other people dislike you for posting such crap.
