How does one get kicked off eBay?

I am having a really hard time dealing with this lady on eBay.
This is her feedback FEEDBACK She has put her feedback to PRIVATE because of my last negitive.

I have been talking to others on her feedback that have posted negitive and i am just the latest victim. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get someone off eBay or suspended. I will be going thru mediation and i am in the process of getting my negitive removed because she used my name in the feedback. (thats on a no-no) my feedback if anyone is interested. FEEDBACK

any help is great.

Its not a hard process. You just have to defraud 3 people from a buyer or seller POV.

so how do you contact ebay? and prove defrauding

You "prove" you have been defrauded by filing a NPB report or a seller fraud report, both of which do absolutely nothing and enables ebay to make more money.
