What qualification and degree is required to work the HR dept? I want to do that, just because I would like to interview people, reject them, put them down, ask them hard questions and inflict pain upon them.

Get demoted from your current position.
I need to live where you live then. Most of the HR people I've met HAVE been women, but most of them have been 55+ year old bitter women. Not to generalize or anything. 😀 Sales and marketing tend to be the professional positions that have the most attractive women in my experience.Originally posted by: MegaloManiaK
You also have to be a hot woman. 90% of the HR people ive known over the years were hot women. HR seems to be a field for the pretty people.
