How does one convert .mov into .wav?

I have a soundtrack that is in .mov but I want it in a .wav file to play at Windows Startup. How can I do this?

you could select wav as your recording source in the volume control and play the mov while recording in sound recorder

Most video editing programs will let you extract the sound file into wav or MP3. You could try opening it in one of them and extracting it.
