How does one configure an FTP server for use behind NAT?

Hi,
I'm trying to setup an FTP server for a friend, however, setting it up properly is proving to be complicated. I'm using dyndns.org to create a static address from their dynamic one assigned by their PPPoE ADSL provider. We just bought a new domain from namecheap.com that points to this dyndns.org name. The actual server that will be doing the hosting is behind an Airport router under NAT. So, I used IIS from Win2k to setup a webserver on the server and configured the Airport to forward port 80 to the server. This works fine, except that sometimes not all of the images on the website load when accessed. Now, the problem is FTP. Whenever I try to access it from outside, I can log in but can't get a list of files, upload, or download. WS_FTP just says that the connection was reset. What am I doing wrong? Is there another port that FTP uses besides port 21 that I should port forward on the Airport? Right now, I'm at home and also behind another Airport with NAT, so could accessing the FTP server behind NAT from another computer behind NAT be the problem? Thanks for any suggestions!
