How does one change the Auto-Disconnect time for Dial-Up in Windows XP?

A relative (who is half way across the USA unfortunately) says her internet keeps disconnecting her after four minutes. Being as I use Cable now I don't have to bother with this and Windows Help is not useful I thought I would ask here.

she should be able to set it for whatever she wants to. note: some isp's have a separate place to set this sort of thing....but this will solve most of them i think:wine:
