Write a letter to the editor. Although most papers make you sign your name.

Say Osama Bin Laden is in the boiler room of your school, that will get you some media attention.

So, what's the "problem"

Teachers give too much homework? That's a problem?
Too many students are having unprotected sex?
The cafeteria gives too large or small of portions of vegetables?

Since you're using the present tense, I'm assuming you're not reporting something that's going to happen in the future, i.e. dangerous event

If students aren't concerned about this problem, and teachers/administration aren't concerned, then I'm wondering if you're blowing this problem out of proportion (with the thoughts of a news station or something." The only exception I can think of is if the faculty and administration are all corrupt and are changing grades to make the state think the students are performing better than they actually are. In that case, I can see where most students wouldn't care.

speaking from experience, its more than likely possible that if a teacher or administrator should try and stand up they would have some bad things happen to them. Conveniently fired for one, and possibly other things depending on what was said.

Its really old tech.
But in the olden days people used to use these things called typewriters and envelopes with postage stamps.
Don't know how they ever made it.
Must have been rough.

But the ping times were horrible.
