I'm very....umm...yah....

So i seriously need to be a more disciplined person. How do I go about doing this without joining the military or something? Any exercises or anything?

Thanks

I immediately thought of the Ahhnold prank phone calls...

ahhnuld - "YOU LACK DISCIPLINE!!"
lady - "Do I like discipline???...."
ahhnuld - "YES!"
lady - "what do you mean do i like discipline"
ahhnuld - "YOU SON OF A 8ITCH!"

Consider taking a martial arts course.

I have made leaps and bounds since I started my classes 4 months ago. You feel better when you work out and you get better at organizing your thought process. I recommend it.

in all seriousness...quit ATOT completely...quit using the internet for that matter. That's probably the best way. Eliminate things that waste your time and just focus. After that you enjoy your free time more as well, and don't want to waste it.

Great, not one useful reply besides the matial arts one.
I was in TKD for a little while. It was so cheesy though. The instructor gave his kids the next belts just for trying and not really even passing the tests. So I quit that.
I used to play competitive tennis and that helped. Now that I don't do jack, I frequent ATOT.

<looking down>Hello, Mr. Gut, how are you doing today? Want a burger?</looking down>

Doesn't seem like you have any motivation. If you didn't like your TKD class, look around for another instructor. There are probably hundreds of schools in your area serving different disciplines. A good way to establish discipline is scheduling. Buy a dayplanner and start filling it up. With your free time, do some hobbies or side work. In the end, it's up to you to get your ass out of the chair.
