How does MX200 compare to the old SF-2281 based drives?

It's hard to find current drives benchmarked against older drives, so I'm asking the gurus here, what would be better: the Crucial MX200 or something like Kingston HyperX Fury as an inexpensive 256 GB drive for a laptop?

For a laptop I would recommend Crucial BX100 because of its brilliant power efficiency, and it's also more affordable than the MX200.

BX100 or MX200 is the way to go. Reliable, power efficient and cheap.

I just threw in a Samsung 120GB 850 EVO into my new laptop. How is the power efficiency on that one? It may have been a mistake, what with the newly-discovered issues with Linux and it and TRIM.
