How does it take to get my Heatware account reactivated?

I recently updated my email address under my heatware account (blueweasel). Unfortunately, I had no idea that I would have to completely re-activate my account. There is no evidence that my account even exists, since there is no current user under the name blueweasel.

It has been several days and I have yet to receive the re-activation email.

Surely, some of you have updated your email listed in your heatware account info. How long did it take to get your account and evaluations back up and going?
