Does it work with any GM car regardless of the age as long as it is in reasonable condition? I'm not planning on buying a new car anytime soon, but I keep hearing about it in commercials, so I'm curious about how it works.

You buy a GM car and they make you King.

Oh wait! Nevermind, I thought it said "royalty cash".

Lease loyalties usually mean that you've recently bought a car...maybe even your last car. Seeing as how our family only buys GM, with my parents working for GM and EDS, it's never really a problem.

But finally, I'm buying a used import...no more crappy plastics. :p

Not exactly the most helpful answers

To add to the original question: are there any foreign companies that offer loyalty cash?

They give you a discount and pretend it's for 'loyalty' when really you could have got the same discount if your last 10 cars were all Nissans ;)

Lot's of words......................but no answers.;)

GM loyalty cash is a rebate directly from GM in an amount of $3000 - $6000 depending upong the model you're looking at on top of dealer and other rebates. My wife recently traded a GMC Yukon for a loaded Grand Prix and got $5000 loyalty cash plus a $2000 dealer discount and we got 0% financing for 3 years on the difference...................

And no, there are no foreign companies with similar discounts...........we looked at all of them................GM is simply really having a year end (model year) push to eliminate all the 2004's they can.................we got the Loqaded Grand Prix GT or whatever with every option they put on one for less than a comparable Avalon, or other import base model and no......it's not "plastic" looking or cheap looking and I guarantee you it handles and runs faster/better than any of them..........we drove them all before we bought!
