How does ebay and paypal work again?

I'm trying to do a BIN and the seller requires immediate payment. Okay. I proceed to sign in to my paypal and it asks for a credit credit, which I already have one in my account, so I enter it anyway. Then it says my credit card is already linked. And I'm stuck there.

Wtf is this crap.

Paypal locked me out of my account because I haven't logged in for a few years. They want me to enter the security code off of a credit card that I no longer have to verify my identity. Goodbye Paypal.

Same here. To verify my account again they want to call my primary number that I no longer have and you can't change it.
