Mom is convinced that "Citigroup won't continue with that sort of policy, not when they need $10B".
Partly Lol, but mostly just frustrating. Doesn't want to cosign my loan. I'm going to one of the top engineering universities in the country...thanks mom...glad to know you think so much of me...
