one of the sticks of RAM i got from outpost.com is fubared. so, how do these RMA's work? do i send it back in it's original packaging? (have to hunt for it).... it was sent in this HUGE box that was completely unnecessary, with only a little anti-static wrap and a giant air bag in it.

so what am i supposed to do? fill out some form, send it back... do they send me the replacement, or do i send it back, then they send me the replacement, or what...

I suppose contacting outpost.com is out of the question.

Contact the company that made the RAM. Follow their procedure, which is fill out a form, wait for RMA number, and then send the item back. No need for original packing, just make it nice and secure.

different places do it differently, basically the same ship it in proper packaging, and write the RMA # on it.. thats about it. Just did a mastor rebate and it went well. 1 week turn around time.

I know this is OT, but tommy what happened with that girl and the "S" sticker on your crotch? did you show off your "vehement gyrations" to profess "your undying love"? ;)
