how does amd's warranty work at fry's?

my retail cpu doesn't work anymore... didn't overclock or anything...do i go to fry's and rma through amd's website or something?

Depends on how long ago you bought it. Best bet is to go directly through AMD. Just give them a call when they are open of course.
