How does AGLP work in a single WinNT 4.0 domain environment?

One other question. If I have just one NT 4.0 domain with one PDC and BDC. Is there an automatic two one-way trusts by default or do you have to manually create that trust?? I'm not familiar with NT, sorry for all the simple questions guys 🙂
