How does a DSTN LCD display compare to TFT?

The specs are Resolution 800x600..size 10.4"...Constrast Ratio 1:30...Brightness is ~80 cd/m2 (nits). This is for a Tablet PC btw. Does it sound like this display will be decently bright and have a decent picture for viewing an occasional full screen video? Would this screen be any sharper or brighter than a Pocket Pc like a Ipaq?
