add unallocated space to another partition?

I have 14GB unallocated. How can I put that on my C: drive?

I have Acronis Disc Director. It does all that I need, except I can't find anything in the program to do this task. Is it just not in this program? Is it the merge feature? If so, the unallocated space does not show up to merge.
