how do you wind down at night?

after sending the minions to the care of the sandman, i play video games on my PC or lately on my PS3 then go read in bed until i fall asleep. unless i am watching a good tv series, then its watch a few episodes and then go read until i fall alseep.

Nothing. During the school year I usually finish homework and then sleep. During the summer its TV.
