Loosely, I wear em however it feels right and comfortable to. Too high isn't comfortable nor is too low. I laugh at those numbnuts who have their pants hanging from their knees - don't they realize that people laugh when they see some idiot with his ass hanging out of the back of his pants? hmm..how do i where my pants? it depends on pants.....like sometimes, when i have a t shirt to cover the top of the pants, i wear 'em up high so i can squeeze my gut in ahahahaha
