How do you want to open this file? Win 8

I've been having this problem since I installed Windows 8 Professional a few months back. Every day at 8 am the "How Do you want to open this file" dialog box opens regardless of what programs I'm using. I've tried turning off every program/process in task manager individually and setting time to 8 am to try and weed out which process is the culprit but I still can't figure it out. Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to stop it?

Check your Scheduled Tasks to see if something is in there set to run daily at 8 AM.
