how do you use a CDRW?

This may sound like a dumb question but I just bought a Plextor 12x10x32S today so now how do I use it?

I've had a CD-R for about 2 1/2 years now that just died and I've never used a RW drive before. I know that with CD-Rs, you write once and that's it, you can't write anymore.

But with a CD-RW, can you just keep adding until you fill up the CD? Or can you actually right over the entire CD? Is it kind of like a floppy disk where you can erase the whole thing (reformat) and start again?

Actually, with a CDR, you can also keep writing until you fill the entire CD.

CDRWs allow you to erase the whole thing and start again.
