How do you upload 360 video (Halo 3) to PC (youtube)??

Are there TV recording devices that can record in a digital format and transfer it to a computer (usb, CD, DVD, flash drive, ect)? I recall recording Colony Wars (original PS) on a VCR when i was a kid.

Nope, the only thing you can do from bungie.net is set up movies to download to your console next time you're playing H3 (and view screenshots)
 
You'd THINK that it being Microsoft and all they would have been able to add the functionality to export to WMV or something. Especially since they seem to be encouraging "machinima" after the phenomenal success of Red vs Blue. They gave you all the tools you need to make a really cool video/compilation, but they didn't give you the ability to export it to a real video format. I'd like to think that feature would come in a future update, but I doubt it.
