Priceline Travel Policy Update
During these troubled times, we are working closely with our travel partners to relax the "No Refunds" and "No Changes" policies for priceline travel purchases made before March 20, 2003.
Updated policies for priceline products are listed below:
Airline Tickets:
Options vary depending upon which airline you are flying. Most are waiving their change fees and allowing customers to exchange tickets for later flights within a set number of days. If you would like to reschedule your travel for a later date, please contact us at least 4 days prior to your scheduled departure for e-ticket travel, and at least 7 days prior to departure if you have paper tickets.
Hotel Rooms:
Hotel reservations scheduled for check-in between March 20 and April 20, 2003 may be cancelled for a fee ($10 per room night). This fee will be refunded if you book a new hotel reservation through priceline within the 30 day period immediately following your cancellation; the new reservation must also be for at least the same number of nights as your original priceline reservation.
Rental Cars:
Our Rental Car partners will allow priceline customers who are scheduled to pick-up their vehicles between March 20 and April 20 to cancel their reservations without a cancellation fee.
Vacations (Air + Hotels):
Customers holding priceline Vacations (Air + Hotel) reservations with departure dates between March 20 and April 20, 2003 may cancel their reservations for a fee ($100 per ticket domestic / $150 per ticket international). This fee will be refunded if you book a new Vacation through priceline within the 30 day period immediately following your cancellation.
Cruises:
Policies vary depending upon the cruise line you are booked on. For further information related to a specific priceline cruise reservation, please call 1-800-896-7552.
To make changes to reservations or for more information, contact priceline Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-PRICELINE (1-800-774-2354). Please have your priceline request number and the phone number you gave us when you placed your request available when you call. In order to service those customers with the most urgent travel needs, we ask that you only call if you are scheduled to travel within the next 7 days. Please be patient, as wait times may be longer than usual.
