How do you turn off Xpadder,but still keep

Crysis seems to be Inflicting with my Xpadder app,my character keeps having moments where he moves by himself in game and is becoming most annoying .... Crysis supports xbox live controller so I want to turn it off when I play Crysis,and use it for other games only
