Title says it im running windows ME. I used to know but you know what they say the first thing to go is the memory and I can't remember what the second is.
 
control panel > inertnet option > Advanced >

under browser... put a check mark infront of "Disable Scripts Debugging "
 
Thanx Thats where I thought it was looked in there three times before. I remember what the second thing to go is now Your EYESITE.
