1) They'd won't have reason to check it unless you had "CHILD PORN COLLECTION" written on a CD in bold, black letters, and even then, there's a chance airport security would miss it.

2) Unless you've got anything illegal and you are over 18, you have nothing to worry about. Just don't watch it on your laptop in attempt to join the F@P Mile-High Club or something.

Uh, last time I went through airport security I had a folio with 100 DVD-Rs of backed-up movies. No one cared.
