How do you transfer iPod music from one computer to another?

I bought a new laptop recently and I haven't transferred my iPod songs from my PC to my laptop. I made a couple attempts to transfer my music already but it never worked!

Help? Please?? 😕
 
WTF is "iPod music"? IF you mean your iTunes library, you copy it the same way as any other file you want to copy from one machine to another. Burn a CD or transfer it over the network or whatever.

Also: wrong forum.
 
if u know how to browse into the folders, then u can find them. to make things easier for you, there might be third party software for doing just that.
