How do you transfer Domains?

I have a domain on Namecheap that I want to Transfer over to GoDaddy. It seems that I need an authorization code from the transferring registrar in order to complete the process. This all makes sense, but on Namecheap's site, I can't find any method or way to create an authorization code.

How do you get the auth code from namecheap?
